Lorraine Berry

Lorraine Berry, the business proprietor, is a Licensed Conveyancer. Lorraine obtained her Conveyancing qualifications from Macquarie University in 1999 and prior to opening Lake Macquarie Conveyancing worked for a legal firm in the Sydney region.  Lorraine has over 30 years experience in Conveyancing and Property Law.

Amanda Mallia

Amanda is an employed Licensed Conveyancer and joined our team in December, 2009. Amanda completed Certificate III Business Office Administration in 2001 and has recently completed the Advance Diploma Conyeyancing Course in 2008 and received her unrestricted Conveyancers Licence in 2009.

Prior to joining our firm, Amanda worked in a small Conveyancing office in Sydney. She has had experience in Conveyancing since 2004 and her goal is to ensure that all of our clients either buying, selling or refinancing, have a stress free transaction and that each matter runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

Hannah Smith

Hannah joined the firm in March, 2009 as a receptionist and showed great enthusiasm for her role. Quickly it was recognised that Hannah was ready to advance to the role of secretary.

Hannah has completed a Certificate III in Business Administration at Hunter TAFE.

Hannah enjoys helping our clients to proceed through each transaction.

Skye Connors

Skye came to our firm as a student doing work experience in 2009. Skye showed great initiative in her approach to work and was offered employment with our firm and a traineeship beginning in 2010. Skye will be starting her traineeship at TAFE in March.
